Corinna Carabetta

About Me

Corinna Carabetta (she/her) was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. Growing up, she had a deep love for literature and loved to read books. Her favourite genres are thriller, horror and contemporary fiction. Her decision to follow an academic path into Literature was inspired not only by her love for reading but also by her love for editing. She aspires to one day publish a poetry collection and become a book editor.

She studied a Major in English Literature as well as a Minor in Professional Writing at Concordia University. Prior to this, she also studied Literature at Dawson College. This path has allowed her to develop both her creative and analytical skills in the world of writing. She often enjoys applying these critical thinking skills to other forms of media, such as film and music.

Some of her passions and hobbies include reading, writing poetry, editing and watching an unhealthy amount of true crime documentaries in her spare time (her “recently watched” section on Netflix is truly a sight to see). She also runs a Bookstagram account where she posts book-related reviews and photos. She aspires to expand her online presence into other social platforms and into blogs, podcasts and/or a YouTube channel.
